Introducing the new range
Rob and Paul travelled to Logimat recently to see the new BYD products on show. BYD launched the new range of Stackers and Pallet Trucks which look great and demo units will be in Bury next month. The guys were interested to see many of the major european manufactures now offer a lithium battery option.
Although the systems seem less robust than BYD, and given the limits on the number of recharges and warranties, the competition are catching up. The big problem for them all is the cost wth some charging up to £30k for the battery alone. Happily for us we still have huge advantages in terms of cost and quality for the foreseeable future.
